Shipping & Returns


 We need 2 to 5 days to prepare the order.  

We ship only to Continental United States. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Most items are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer for a refund to be processed. If you need to return an item, please call us, or send us an email. Upon receipt, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be provided along with shipping instructions. When returning item(s), a twenty five percent (25%)  restocking fee will be charge an all returned merchandise. Shipping cost must be prepaid by shipper. ROYAC, Inc will pay the shipping cost and not restocking fee will be charge if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). 

Credit will be issued when an item is returned and evaluated and usually takes 3-7 business days after the item was receive. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

1. Discontinued or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged 

2. Returned items must be in original condition and in the original packaging 

3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

4. Assembled parts and items that have been used are not returnable
