Harvard Depth Filter Element 1002

Efficient Contaminant Removal, Exceptional Performance, used in bypass and portable filtrer system.

The Harvard Depth Filter Element 1002 is a state-of-the-art filtration solution designed to eliminate contaminants as small as 1 micron, ensuring the purity of your fluids. Ideal for a range of applications, this filter effectively removes water and particles without depleting additives. Whether used for hydraulic oil, engine oil, transmission oil, cutting oil, or other low viscosity oil-based lubricants, this filter delivers unparalleled performance.

Key Features:

Micron-Level Contaminant Removal:

The Harvard Depth Filter Element 1002 excels at removing contaminants as low as 1 micron, providing a comprehensive solution for maintaining the cleanliness of your fluids.

Preservation of Additives:

Unlike some filters, our depth filter does not remove or deplete additives, ensuring that the essential components of your fluids remain intact.

Versatile Applications:

Suitable for a range of fluids, including hydraulic oil, engine oil, transmission oil, cutting oil, and other low viscosity oil-based lubricants. Additionally, it is compatible with diesel fuel.

Recommended Viscosities:

Diesel: ISO 10, 15, 22, 32; SAE 5W, 10W

Designed for use with petroleum or synthetic fluids & diesel fuel

Notes:

Flow rates are determined using ISO 10-32 viscosity oils at the standard 40° C/104° F and are subject to variation.

Viscosity, operating temperature, and generated contamination will impact the sizing and flow rates of filtration equipment.

For optimal performance, elements should be changed between 500-1000 hours in most applications. Ideally, change the element when the flow is half the starting flow or the PSI is double the starting PSI.

Max dirt & water capacities are determined when the flow is reduced by half the original flow, representing the optimal operating condition.

Upgrade your filtration system with the Harvard Depth Filter Element 1002 – where efficiency meets reliability for uninterrupted fluid purity.
